We are a small flooring company out of Ohio and the rep Andrew Knight came and sold me all these promises that were not upheld. I was told we would have a 7-day trial never got it. The installation was not done properly we have been without our fax machine since the installation , losing out on business. Everyone you speak with passes the buck. This has been a nightmare from hell, taking legal action is our step. Wish I could have give 0 stars. They are predatory for sure.

Extremely disappointed with the services is am understatement. Unfortunately we fell for what seems like the common problem we have seen from other complaints. This Spectrum is ruining the reputation of the actual Charter Spectrum. The service is abysmal. They lock you into what is in my opinion a usurious contract term with huge damages to cancel their non functioning service. We have made dozens of complaints and calls to their customer service. We offered to cancel and terminate but they want an outrageous amount of money... read more
