I don't usually get massages, but being a writer, my life style is quite sedentary, and I finally decided I had to do something about it. Great massage! Dan focused on the places where I tend to hold tension without me pointing them out and was very responsive and flexible.
Dan's deep tissue massages keep me at the peak of my fitness year round. He's helped me heal multiple bodybuilding injuries over the years-- hamstring strains, labral tear, achilles tendonitis flare ups. I really lucked out finding such a sincere and dedicated practitioner and I love supporting a local small business owner! He's one of the most multi-passionate people I've ever met so that means the best conversations too!
Dan is the man and I always get my massage when I'm in town. Very relaxing bio-tuning too.
