I had a terrible experience with Heather Tobin and she was very unprofessional. So much so, I sent in a formal complaint about her to the regulatory body. I do not recommend her at all!
One of the best messages I’ve had in a very very long time. Kat (Kathleen) is amazing, it’s easy to tell she cares for her craft. Felt amazing after I left and still do a day later. Thank you so much
I see two of the massage therapists, and they are both excellent!!! Massage is part of my pain management plan. The only negative thing about this facility is that there is no wheelchair access or any other access, other than taking 3 flights of stairs to reach the treatment rooms and the practitioners. There is no mention on the website that this is an inaccessible office for those with mobility challenges or who use mobility equipment, which I think is the very first step in respecting those who can not use stairs.
