The customer service here was the worst in store spectrum experience I’ve ever had. The employee I had contact with spoke as if he was solely concerned with commissions sales. Very rushed, rude and repugnant!
More expensive, monopoly, I don't know if anyone else has noticed but they've gotten shittier every week this year. Not like we have any choice in the matter...

We are so happy to have decided to go into the store and learn more about the Spectrum mobile phone promotion for current Spectrum internet subscribers. Once there we were greeted by Kyle Nash. Kyle very clearly and patiently explained the details of the offer and walked us through the simple process of changing our current cell phone service from Verizon to Spectrum.
