I don't even know where to start. My first clue that I should just turn around and walk out was when they kid helping me told me that they didn't sell the Google Pixel Pro Fold at Spectrum - not just at that store but he didn't think they sold them at all. After I convinced him that they did sell it and told him I'd like to use my early upgrade and get that phone, he told me I would have to order it online. I had the absolute displeasure of working with Gabriel in my visit to the Newport Spectrum store. He was unprofessional, disheveled, had zero customer service charm, and clearly lacked any understanding of what he was doing. He quoted me the wrong price for my Apple Watch and also couldn’t do made me have to scramble to find the funds which upset my budget. Just went there yesterday to switch my internet service (down from $120 to $50!! I didn’t realize how much altafiber had jacked up their prices), and they were so quick and friendly, it was perfect! Literally took about a minute to pick up my new modem and router. Great experience!
