I have been a Spectrum internet user for 3 years during most of my college experience. I am now graduated and trying to start off on my own and let Spectrum know almost a month in advance of the date that I was ending my service with them. When the date came I turned in my Modem and was told that I had no balance in my account and my service was officially done. At this point I had no issues. Spectrum told us no price increases for 2 years 1 year goes by price is increased by $15/month Customer service says contact sales Sales says this is standard practice Another customer service says we have to “increase prices for overhead and maintenance” So because you have us in a chokehold because altafiber can’t run in our neighborhoods you abuse us? Everyone file a complaint with the BBB They aren’t BBB Accredited but it’s important for the BBB to know their shady business practices
It would be nice if the local store had a phone number. I have a simple question about a product being in store and have to go thru all the phone BS in their 800 number.
I signed up for what i thought was only a phone call on monday with a price quote. Signed up in Latonias krogers with 2 guys. Later i started receiving emails, texts abt switching. Today i got a box of EQUPMENT. I am a senior & you can come & get it. Def not interested now. What a scam
