Ridiculous wait time (25 customers in cue) just to return equipment that was sent that wasn't agreed upon FYI UPS refuses to take packages for Spectrum, tried 3 diferent ones. Now standing here for almost 3 hours waiting to return equipment, while your workers just stand around chit chatting with each others. Worst company ever!

Had a great experience here at the New Hartford, NY spectrum office. My representative was Ms. Lisa Overton, (on 2 occasions) and she was simply AMAZING!!!! Great customer service, very patient, knowledgeable and professional!! She Rocks!!! I hope her manager sees this, because Ms. Overton deserves kudos, the employee of the month and an even bigger raise!! Literally!!! Thank you so much for your help and all you did for me and my daughter.
