Horrifically long wait times. Exceeding several hours in most cases. The staff has ABSOLUTELY no sense of urgency. And proactively drag everything out. Wandering into the back room. Doing everything "except" providing great customer service. Most of the staff have little or no clue what they are talking about. Do yourself a huge favor, stay out of the store. If you can, use the website or call customer service on the phone.
Ridiculous wait time 5 people working and one person just stood there and stared at everyone waiting. They let a guy leave and come back and cut the line 3 different times.
The team members here are always helpful and friendly. The pro tip is to make an appointment in advance which you can easily do online. It makes your visit a lot more efficient.
The manager at the New Hartford NY location is not nice and definitely not helpful.
