Ridiculous wait time (25 customers in cue) just to return equipment that was sent that wasn't agreed upon FYI UPS refuses to take packages for Spectrum, tried 3 diferent ones. Now standing here for almost 2 hours waiting to return equipment, while your workers just stand around chit chatting with each others. Worst company ever!!!!

Sitting here for ever only two people working just to return equipment it's Ben atleast an hour an still have 4 people ahead of me came in at number 8 don't understand if you have 6 registers an two people
