Worst place I’ve ever been to.!! Got there at 12:25, waited for 1 1/2 hours watching certain people walk in the door , not sign in and be waited on and jump the 10 -15 people already signed in and waiting… absolute bullshit
After speaking to a Spectrum agent on the phone on how to exchange the old equipment as required for upgrading the Internet with new equipment who told me to simply drop the old equipment off at the local store which is a half hour drive away, I find out you have to make an appointment to return equipment. I asked if I could just leave it with all of my information. I was told, rudely I might add, that it was impossible to do so!! That I had to physically be in the store when the item is returned. Nothing explained properly
I've been at this location 5 times in the last week and a half and I haven't been able to get help because of the lack of associates fix this problem spectrum its ridiculous for people to have to wait hours to receive help... fix it
