I've had 5 other carriers between home and mobile service. Not once did I have to sit in line for over an hour while 1 employee helps everyone and 2 others just stand around doing seemingly nothing. When the line is longer than their little "walk in customers waiting" screen, the manager should have people temporarily use one of the 5 idle registers to help move things along. Worst company on planet Earth, reaching out to the Better Business Bureau doesn't even help anymore. Time to find another provider after 15 years of brand loyalty.

Their customer service is beyond dreadful, it’s insulting. First, I realized Spectrum was overcharging for internet service. After calling in, I got that corrected, only to be told that I needed to swap out my modem. Sounds simple enough, right? Wrong. I drove 30 minutes each way, twice, to the Spectrum store to do this. Absolutely horrible customer service. Rude and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. They should have more workers so they have certain ones for equipment issues and some for phone so the world doesn’t have to wait for someone to activate 4 phones on their acct. I could have driven to Syracuse and back in less time then I waited just to get a new modem!!!
