Very detailed PT. Individual attention for the entire session and she makes sure you understand what's going on in your body.
Spectrum Performance has done a great job of figuring out my issues and helping me get back to running. I was ready to give it up after having PT 3 different times at other facilities. My health has greatly improved under Dr. Gil’s care at Spectrum Performance. When I first started getting physical therapy from him, I had barely been able to walk for about five months because of a hip injury, and still had a lot of pain. My right leg had atrophied. Jackie is wonderful! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in her evaluation and explanation of what’s going on in your body. I really appreciated how clearly she explained what was happening anatomically, why it was happening, and how the exercises she recommended would help address the issue.
