Sebastian helped resolve my neck pain and provided me with great set of exercises to manage any flare ups. Exercises were never overwhelming and he really made the most of our limited visits.
Jackie understands sport and body. Her hands, needles and brain have brought me back from multiple soft tissue injuries to keep me in competitive shape for elite masters crossfit events.
Jackie is simply the best! She is kind, a great listener and gives very thorough exam. She is so knowledgeable, especially in women’s health. It is the most worthwhile hour of PT where she is only focused on me and my needs to get me better. Jackie also provides a lot of great supplemental support in the form of easy to follow PT suggestions for after an appointment - all of which help me get back on my feet. Amazingly pleased with my experience at Spectrum Performance. Dr. Sebastian tailored my physical therapy bringing much relief to the issues related to years of pain resulting from previous injuries.
