I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE WORKING WITH SPECTRUM!! Look, I'm a middle aged fat dad with back issues. Jackie got me moving by creating a plan that suits my schedule and at the workout level I can handle. She really makes sure you understand how to do the exercises correctly so you don't get hurt. You even get videos for each exercise you are doing. Dr Jackie is great. She is an athlete so she understands the challenges of rehab for someone who is already performing at a high level. Would recommend her to any cross fit or explosive performance athletes.

Dr. Jackie is the PT I needed for this stage of life. Beyond her skills and deep knowledge of the muscles, tendons, joints, fascia and all other body parts that can hurt (!), her listening skills, thoughtfulness, empathy and commitment to diversity and inclusion are what really make her stand out.
