Ordered a chandelier, never received an actual receipt though they took full payment from Affirm. Emailed requesting info on delivery received the old back order supply chain problems. They refuse to answer email request for an update. Noticed on Google that this company is closed! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST. FIND A COMPANY THAT HAS A REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH AFFIRM CREDIT TO STOP ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS AND GET A REFUND
Ordered a chandelier from this company through their site “gallery chandeliers”. First, it came broken ! Had to put in for an order for a replacement part. Then,one of the light receptacles was total sh*t. I call customer service back AGAGIN . At first they wouldn’t accept a return bc the merchandise was “used”. How was I supposed to know they sent me broken sh*t ? I had to hang it to obviously know it was defective.. after 1/2 an hr on the phone and dealing with a supervisor they finally agreed to accept their broken junk b... read more
Ordered chandeliers from this company. After paying a hefty UPS fee to ship them back over a fit issue, they never issued the refund. I have the reference number, shipped back from my ups account number, spoke to Jona on several occasions and still out the money. My adivce, stear clear from this company!!!!
