I attended Spectrum Health Narellan due my back, neck and vertigo related issues. I saw lovely Aaron, who obtain all relevant information to decide a course of treatment suitable for me. He thoroughly explained his diagnoses and best course of treatment for my circumstances. Before each treatment he would explain what he wanted me to do and ensured I understood why we were doing it. I thoroughly recommend Spectrum Health. Every member of their staff go above and beyond with their level of treatment and care. I have seen Kate and Caitlin for chiropractic care and have seen real success with their treatment. I also attend the seniors exercise class, run by Bella. It is a fun way to look after myself when you have such a lovely instructor who cares about each person individually. I’ve found these classes to be of great benefit to me. Give them a go!
