I went to PT here when I was diagnosed with hip arthritis. Annette was my therapist. Annette is fabulous and very easy to work with. She created a personalized exercise plan to strengthen the muscles, etc around the hip and explained the correct posture for each exercise along with a detailed explanation of the impact on the hip area. She is extremely flexible and will adapt to your needs. After PT was over, I continued to ride my bike around town which keep my joints oiled!!! Joanne showed up for our first appointment the day after knee replacement surgery and she scheduled me in for home visits the first month. Her attentiveness, abilty to adapt an excerise to in home, her attention to detail and her genuine concern for my overall wellbeing was just what I needed! She understood that my knee is only apart of the process. She also knew when it was time for me to move on to a facility for advanced therapy. If you are able to request your therapist from this agency, I highly recommend Joanne!
