The Oceanview/Seaville office of Spectrum Rehab is warm, welcoming, personal, knowledgeable and flexible. There is a sense of comrade and good-hearted fun as they work to accommodate, support, and build up your skills and strength. A special shout out to Kristen!
The staff at Spectrum Fitness & Rehab are Fantastic. They are friendly & very professional but at the same time they have a great sense of humor. I went there for Physical Therapy after a total knee replacement. I am very satisfied with the therapy I received. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. They did an excellent job with my rehabilitation.
I had a great experience during my 6 weeks at Spectrum Fitness in Rio Grande. As anywhere it's the people that make all the difference. The staff there are a superlative group of folks. To a person, they are caring, kind, compassionate, competent professionals. And they are fun! I left each session feeling better (if a little sore) and more confident in myself. Thanks, folks!

I went to PT here when I was diagnosed with hip arthritis. Annette was my therapist. Annette is fabulous and very easy to work with. She created a personalized exercise plan to strengthen the muscles, etc around the hip and explained the correct posture for each exercise along with a detailed explanation of the impact on the hip area. She is extremely flexible and will adapt to your needs. After PT was over, I continued to ride my bike around town which keep my joints oiled!!!
