I have gone to PT in Rio Grande several times. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. They have taught me many exercises that I have continued at home

I started going to Spectrum before & After my ACL surgery! They were highly recommended from a close friend. Going thru ACL surgery is a long 9 month process & very rough! Extraordinarily synergistic approach to rehab. Perfect mix of physical aspects and mental support to really push oneself. With hard work, serious talent from Spectrum and only months, not years, I went from wheelchair bound and unable to stand, to walking with cane on way to full recovery. If they can help overcome a serious spinal injury like mine, your sprains and breaks have no chance. Just cool people that genuinely care.
