Spectrum is providing the worst APO service in country, and the worst customer service. Operators are unaware of the case managers, the never connect your call to anyone you ask. Will just answer you as you have called in a day off. if you are thinking of CSP with spectrum think twice before going with these people. No response at all after they get your money. She responded to the phone with no patience to begin with, and kept saying 'I don't know what you're talking about' instead of offering me advice as a lost and confused and helpless refugee who knows nobody here.
