Excellent customer service!
I chose this credit union because of the high interest rate on a savings account for my daughter. While the rate is appealing, the overall experience lacked clear, upfront information. At account opening, I was not provided with any written account documents or disclosures explaining how the savings account works. I went to get a auto loan to refiance my existing loan with a lower rate. The lady who assited did not have good customer service, I felt I was an inconvenience, very little iformation about questions about the loan, she treated me like I should know the loan process. Not sure if they are not provided a good training, or they do not value customers there. I am thingking to close my account with them and find me a nice bank where they appreciate doing buisness with me.
Excellent customer service however to better serve your customers please update the hours both on the website and building to be consistent with the actual hours of the Waldorf location particularly on Saturdays.
