Very poor communication. I filled out the application then was asked to electronically send bank statements so I did that. Got a call a few days later to ask to send bank statements, I said I already have. He found them while on the phone so all good I should get a call in the next couple of days to have an answer. Waited a few days the get an email asking to send my bank statements 🤦. I replied that I already have.
