I was recommended by a family member to try the Walkden Store. On my visit I was made extremely welcome by the blonde lady on the desk, who was very helpful and friendly. The service was spot on and I can now see why I was recommended to go. I too will now recommend this opticians to others and will no longer be using my usual opticians as the whole experience was superb. Many thanks!
I had a fantastic experience at this opticians in Bury, visited for the first time. They offered a free eye test with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. The optometrist was friendly, professional, and shared lots of helpful information about my eye health. The shop itself is beautiful with an excellent variety of glasses to suit every budget. The reception staff were warm, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended!

Sadly was very disappointed with my recent experience at my shop. I have been a customer previously and been pleased with the service received. However this time Ive had to wait almost a month to collect my purchase from my local Walkden store. As always the staff there were excellent but sadly it appears there was an issue with my order which was neither my fault or the staff at the shop They were not informed of the problem so could not let me know due to lack of communication.
