I attended for an eye exam, which went smoothly. After, I selected two pairs of glasses under the 2-for-1 offer. One pair was €100 and the other €130. With my allowance of €42, the €130 pair should have reduced to €88, with the second pair free. However, when finalising the purchase, I was told I had to pay an additional €120 per pair for lenses. The staff greeted me at the door, were polite and friendly and directed me exactly where I need to go. The whole process of my eye test was very easy and each member of staff was very helpful and explained everything very well
