I've had a good experience in the past working with a wine connoisseur that helped me pick out a selection of wines. This time I asked to speak with the manager about some community relation stuff and she couldn't even step out of her office and speak to me face-to-face, and had to tell an employee that she wasn't able to participate in the event.
