This store ALWAYS makes you wait in line forever. The tellers are incredibly slow and could care less what the customer experiences. Without fail, they only have two people working the checkouts no matter how busy. Even when they're not busy, they find a way to make you wait in line. I went to Sunny's down the road - smaller store but wow it was packed with great options. The owner was helpful and friendly.....and I didn't have to wait in line for 15 minutes like I always have to at Specs. I will never go to Spec's on South ... read more

I went to the Specs on Mason in Katy & knew where I needed to go to get what I needed bc it's not on the regular shelves. I stood there for several minutes while she typed on a computer. When she finally acknowledged me and asked what I needed, I told her that I needed a pint of courvoisier, which is only behind her counter. She was annoyed that I stood there waiting to get her attention. I knew that I might need to go check out at anothet register, but I knew that I needed to get my "specific" bottle there with her.
