HORRIBLE SERVICE!! RENE, the cashier, is by far the RUDEST, MOST IRRITABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE HERE!!! People always have issues with her horrible attitude and this has been reported to store management yet they excuse her behavior and do nothing!! Corporate needs to step in and remove RENE from serving customers and put her trash attitude in the trash where she belongs!! DO NOT SHOP HERE AS LONG AS RENE IS WORKING HERE!!!!
Went in looking for a recently discontinued product. I got a chuckle when the young ladies at the register had never heard of an American beer that's been around for over 150 years. 😆 Another Specs employee knew exactly what I was talking about and while they didn't have it in the store she is checking if they can get it from their distributor. Very friendly, polite people and very helpful.
