You can't beat Specs. Hands down a great stores in New Braunfels
Went in looking for some wine on 12/23/25. I asked for help from the large, redhead, bearded gentleman and he was very rude the entire time. I understand that it was 2 days before Christmas and it was probably hectic, but that's no reason to be rude to people patroning the establishment. I've worked in customer service for decades and this was unacceptable. He ignored me when I thanked him and just acted like I was bothering by asking the location of a bottle of wine. I will be going to a different store moving forward.
Wish it was a bigger store, but helpful employees!
