I went to Spec’s specifically looking for VMC Paloma by Canelo Álvarez, only to find out they don’t carry it. For a store that prides itself on having a vast selection, it’s disappointing that they’re missing something as popular as this. The staff wasn’t particularly helpful either—when I asked about it, they just shrugged and said they don’t have it, with no effort to check if it could be ordered or if another location might have it. A wide variety of drinks to joy with friendship 😃
Terrible customer service. Website is out of date and incorrect. Don’t even off a greeting when they answer the phone lol. I rate them trash.
It wasn’t my usual store where I buy. Little far from my home but sure I’m coming again because of the service from the guy named Porter. He was amazingly knowledgeable and very willingly explained me about whiskeys and tequilas. I was there just to buy me some beer and a gin but I really got convinced and bought myself my first Japanese whiskey and I’m excited to try it. It’s a big blessing for businesses to have such employees like Porter.
