I have been a customer of this store for twenty years, in the last year, it it has gone from bad to worse, , firing the pleasant employees and keeping and hiring the arrogant and unpleasant, , just an observation, I guess this store will close soon as I plan to go farther to Richmond store to not to have to deal with these arrogant and unpleasant people, sad but true I think you should send people in to see if I'm exaggerating, dare you, for your benefit, hope this helps
Tae is super rude, her greeting to me is "how will you be paying debit, credit or cash". How about starting with hi how are you. I asked the price of something and she said she couldn't tell me without me answering that question 1st which is not true. So I had to step out of line to price it myself. Customer service and greetings still matter!
The worst place to call thell leave you on the phone and all the sudden hang up on you no im sorry nothing good luck
