I shop at this Specs often and have always found it to be pleasant and the staff friendly. The prices are always better than anywhere else on the Island. I like to use cash for the discount. So, tonight I went in with my son to get two of my favorite Arturo Fuentes 8-5-8’s . Any cigar enthusiast knows that’s a go to for a good cigar any day of the week.
