This is the best specs around. So clean and it's huge and well lit. Hated going to the one on Valley Mills so this is awesome. Everyone is super helpful and they have a large humidor.
Bad customer service - was attended to by a lady with colored hair and a man - we were told we could not be sold to since my sister, who was 20, was underage. I understand that law, even though it also counts if the underage person is accompanied by a sibling, but the lady and man were rude and had horrible customer service skills - even as we were speaking, they walked off without batting an eye. I understand that we cant always get what we want but the way you treat others should be a never changing factor.
Awsome selection of anything you could want. And a great humidor with good prices
They had a huge selection and a very friendly and welcoming staff! They answered any questions I had and were easily available and approachable.
