Killeen, TX The lie: Spec's Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods' motto, while not explicitly stated, is often understood as "where you can get anything" or "your Texas go-to for good times and gourmet foods." They don't carry what I'd like to get in wine, only small bottles... thank God for H.E.B, they have large bottles of my wine, on sale less than $10- and a discount on 6+ bottles. They have a fabulous selection and are very good to veterans.
Help finding what I wanted was quick to be offered. I was in and out in minutes.
Sorry for the long review but this has weighed heavy on my wife's and my hearts. My wife and I would love to give this store zero stars. There is a lack of care for customers, and no sense of familiarity, and/or customer service. We went to this store with another couple to pick up some things for a big family event over a holiday weekend. It took me some time to decide to share what we witnessed.
