Good prices and great selections!
Rented beer Keg for birthday party on Saturday. Picked up Friday before event. Tap provided was faulty. Unable to get a single drop of beer from keg due to faulty tap. Specs was not willing to provide a refund of $161 of unused beer, even though we spent several hundred dollars on liquor for the same party. Lesson learned, test the taps before leaving the store, and maybe shop somewhere else.
This is the worst location, this incident was the final straw, I order kegs throughout the year for different events for my non profit as well as personal events, there’s been multiple Times that I order the keg more than two weeks in advance and then when I get to the location, they don’t have it so I’ve had to go to other locations to pick it up because they don’t have or didn’t reserve mine.
