Found two bourbons I'd been looking for for months just sitting out at MSRP!

Wonderful selection of spirits, usually not stellar customer service, todays customer service experience was THE WORST. I got screamed at by the cashier. Apparently you cant bother them to ask to repeat themselves without being given an earful. At least she recognized she was screaming at me and said she was sorry. Still no reason for that type of attitude. Black brown or white all money spends the same.
This Specs never disappoints, especially if Paul is working. The employees are generally knowledgeable about what wine or brand of liquor I might like, yet I rely heavily on Paul’s expert wine and champagne knowledge. I appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude each time I have shopped with him in the store. Always an above & beyond experience working with him.
