I wondered whether I should make this review or not. Using my wife’s account and she told me I should. It may just make things worse for this employee but it’s been bugging me since I saw it happen. If you have never been to Spec's, it's wild. Like a department store of booze.
Everyone here at specs is pretty cool, but that new guy James, is the friggin coolest
1:13pm in the afternoon, 5 customers deep line with one register open and Specs employee Amanda at the register moves slow, sassy attitude when you ask when you can enter your phone number before payment and all for no apparent reason other than not loving life. Please hire people that possess customer service skills or put her in the back to stock items. No fun buying your weekend spirits with a grumpy downer of human being at the register.
