Spec’s in Conroe is by far the best store I have ever visited. The whole team treats you like family from the moment you walk in. Derrick is always ready with a smile and never makes you feel rushed. Manager and staff are 100% professionals. They go the extra to make sure you are happy when you leave or at least a smile.
Management refused to attempt to redeem a coupon i had in my phone with the excuse that he needed a physical copy of the coupon which is impossible on a mobile app since that where the coupon was being provided. Gave the excuse that the system wouldn't accept it like that which is hard to believe in this modern world where just about everything has an app...
