I was disappointed by the service and atmosphere at this establishment. While Spec’s is often described as a friendly store, my experience did not reflect that reputation due to one of the employees attitude. The overall environment felt unwelcoming, which made the visit unpleasant for me. There is a major difference between being direct and being disrespectful, and Jenn crosses that line. This location is so amazing, location is perfect for me, since its on the way to my home. I have been coming here for about 2 years now, the 2 male cashiers and the one female cashier can never remember her name but always has the cutest nails are the best always willing to help and if they can't figure it out they call on either Sean or Mrs. Terri.
