The employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! Selections are different with each Spec's location, but the employees are nicer than Chick-fil-A.
This is the best place to get your favorite drinks and mixes for the evenings. The staff is ALWAYS polite and very professional, willing to help any way they can. Exceptional service
Teach those kids to not yawn in people's faces while they are checking out. Manners matter. At least cover over your face!
I was disappointed by the service and atmosphere at this establishment. While Spec’s is often described as a friendly store, my experience did not reflect that reputation due to one of the employees attitude. The overall environment felt unwelcoming, which made the visit unpleasant for me. There is a major difference between being direct and being disrespectful, and Jenn crosses that line.
