The customer service at this Specs is always outstanding. Today my car battery died in the parking lot and the team working the store rallied to find some jumper cables and get me on my way. This is the best liquor store in Wichita Falls, if not the best Specs in Texas. Thanks everyone who was working the store today. A+++++
I stopped by Specs on 07/29/2025. During the transaction the employee asked if I wanted to donate to a charity they were sponsoring, and I gladly donated $3. I later asked the employee if they offered a military discount. The employee said they did but told me he’d have to redo the transaction to apply it…. even though no one else was in line and he had more than enough time to do so.
