Absolutely unacceptable. The cashier, Grace, was rude, disrespectful, and her behavior came across as racist. This is not something any customer should have to experience. Management needs to take immediate action, including terminating employees who treat customers this way. Businesses that tolerate this kind of behavior don’t deserve customers. I will never return and will encourage others to avoid this store until they address this issue.
I go there all the time and it's always consistent. Nowadays that's GOLD. Keep up the good work SPECS. A Texas Staple.
