Great customer service. I wouldn't change a thing.
I would like to personally give kudos to Erin the NEW store manager at this particular store not only did she provide EXCELLENT customer service she went above AND beyond to provide it. She definitely deserves all the praise and a raise. I was going to not patronize this business anymore after my experience BUT Erin totally turned it around! Keep her around I hope she turns the store around for the better!
Workers cant read. Gave me the wrong bottle of liquor that was door dashed and manager did nothing to fix it just gave me the bottle after I was in a car wreck saturday I had to personally come in and swap the bottle out. Definitely poor customer service and im a regular customer there aswell. Ordered southern comfort got vodka instead and cranberry. And no refund through doordash either and have a hospital appointment tomorrow. Store didnt make things right with me having to get up and go fix it
