Saleema helped me pick out my frames last Fall. She was really honest in her feedback on some of my selections to try on. We whittled down options and she came up with a great pair that weren’t on my radar for possibilities. I love my frames & get a ton of compliments on them. I recently had a personalized color analysis and guess what. Two of my “signature colors” are the colors of my frames. No accident, the lady knows her stuff!
Service, frame selection, people!
Great, friendly & knowledgeable staff! I purchased my prescription sunglasses several months ago and was recently careless with them. The lenses & frame got scratched. Julie said to drop them off and she would send them in to see what could be done. To my surprise, I now have a brand new pair (in less than 2 weeks!) and the lenses were replaced at no charge, even though it was my fault they got scratched!!! Love the customer service here & highly recommend them. SO many unique & stylish frames, too!
