Speckled Hen is owned by one of the nicest, most appreciative, and humble business owner’s I’ve ever come across. We’ve seen Val go from a tiny operation to having a full crew working overtime making chocolate for all occasions. It’s hands down the best milk chocolate I’ve ever had, period. The only close comparison to her milk chocolate is Sarris, which everyone loves in Pittsburgh.
