Honest and so sweet
Sunday, when we stopped in Grants Pass on our way from the Northern California coast to Mono Lake, there was a loud whine and a grinding noise in rear of our Honda CR-V and all the mechanics were closed. We called Specialty Automotive Monday morning a little after 7:00, explained our situation and asked when they thought they might have us back on the road. Awesome shop has a parts store attached I mean cant get much better than that absolute best customer service I've ever had at a shop. Not the mention the best prices in grants pass Evey time I get something done here I call Multiple different shops to compare prices, and they are always anywhere from 20$ Cheaper (kickdown cable repair) to 110 $ cheaper ( Front wheel drive CV axle repair) than the competition
