went online to a suicide prevention website to find available options for impatient for mental health and this place was listed. IMMEDIATELY when i called this lady picked up, mumbled something pretty sure she said her name was nan or fran? in a very rude demeanor. i tell her i’m feeling super depressed and that this place was listed for depression etc, explaining what i’m going through just to be cut off -“well this is a substance abuse organization so” and went to go on in a very RUDE manor so i just hung up on the lady. b... read more
Fabulous organization and staff. They truly care for and about their clients.
A loved one of mine is there for “treatment” which is the exact opposite of what you get. This is so sad and heartbreaking to see, these patients deserve so much more.. These patients need help and guidance yet they are treated no better than if it were at a county jail, patients are set up for failure hence why the turnover rate is so high. The staffing is an absolute joke, the only good councelors that actually try to help clients to better themselves get ran off by how terribly managed and crule this place is. This facili... read more
