Investors!!!! Please be careful because you deal with this company. It’s the worst company when you need to withdraw your fund to transfer to another company. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks to transfer my Roth IRA to another company. It’s now been more than 6 weeks. I have been calling every week to follow up and was told by the “ CEO Tony” it would be take another 2 weeks for them to “review”. We shall see !!!
I started a Roth and Traditional Self Directed IRA, and they did a WONDERFUL job at following up and letting me know the next steps. I think you should use them for your Self Directed IRA needs!!!
Since November 2023, I was told I needed a medallion guarantee stamp to transfer my funds to Quest. I made several attempts to go through my bank and UPS to get this with no success. I was then told that STC would accept a notary stamp. i did get that done at UPS with a transfer form. Once the form was mailed to STC as certified mail, I was told the form would be emailed to Quest. I was never ever told it would cost me $805. The $55 wire transfer to Quest was not the problem 1/24.
