Trip is a really great mechanic, would most definitely recommend him to be your mechanic if you get the chance, if not all other mechanics are great. 10/10 experience will be coming back!
The shop is nice and well-equipped. The prices of the accessories are in line with the market and the staff is very kind and helpful. I brought my Specialized to the service because it was giving me problems with the gear change. I'm sorry to say but they returned the bike to me with the same problems. I had recommended and made myself available to change parts if necessary since I was going abroad. An experience that I certainly will not repeat.
