I rang for advise for my Turbo Creo SL Comp 2021 Carbon Electric Road Bike, I spoke with James. He was very helpful and polite and he knew the answer of the top of his head! Now I am back on the road and all it took was a small battery, which I was very relieved! Knowledge is key! Thank you very much, I will definitely recommend and will use their service again.
I guess I gotta give this store and its owners 5 Stars. I’ve been a cyclist all my life, starting in the 1960s. Won my first Cyclo Cross in 1981 and again in 1982, 84, and 86 using a “Module 3” hybrid bike (Modifications made). I’ve rode so many different bikes but I think this will be my last bike.
