This bike shop seems to be all about getting as much money out of me as possible. Every time I take a bike in they give me a $500 quote to fix it. Sometimes the bikes aren’t even worth $500. I have found other bike mechanics around north county that are more realistic and affordable when it comes to adjustments and repairs. I plan to go elsewhere from now on.

Absolute professionals at Specialized. Specifically Michael M. and crew at work provided fast excellent service on the spot. They helped me mount a stubborn tubeless tire on my wide rims and they were able to do it quick. Yeah they have the most amazing bikes around but it's the people who work here that makes things go round. - Brian

Maybe they were having a bad day since my experience is different than others. Not friendly. I went in asking for a part, to which they said “that doesn’t exist.” He asked what brand of bike, which was odd because I knew that definitely did not matter. I realized my mistake about the brand and corrected myself. I’ve encountered this before at other bike shops - maybe something about the culture or a part of some inner circle.
