We are new to Carlsbad- feeling right at home now after experiencing great service today. This shop is staffed by great techs. And a great location.
I recently visited this Specialized dealer after calling ahead. The person I spoke with on the phone told me I could come in and test ride a Tarmac SL8. When I arrived and asked the mechanic/sales staff about a test ride, he flatly said they don't let people test ride SL8 models. That contradiction made the entire experience feel really weird and inconsistent. Every other shop I've been to (including other Specialized dealers) has been happy to let serious buyers take an SL8 out for a spin. Not being able to test ride a high... read more
