Rolled in and immediately approached by an employee. He answered my 100 questions patiently by utilizing his experience, the in store web site, and other employees inputs. I ended up rolling out with a new bike.
7 stars out of a possible 5! Was in town to ride and had a problem with my disc brakes. They fixed it while I ate lunch and didn’t charge me. What a great bike shop!
