Horrible customer service. Im everyway. They did nothing for me but take my money then told me they refused to help me. Ill be contacting the BBB next then the medical board. They did reimburse me.
It is a particularly good supplement to Canada's public health care system.Dr. Day is very experienced.And the elegant founder is very professional! My coordinator Evangeline is very helpful! Wish they have multi language helpers.

called to get a "REFERRAL" from the "Specialist Referral Clinic" only to be told that it is ILLEGAL for them to refer me to a specialist without a personal Doctors request (which is impossible to get these days). Good thing I pay my taxes though.
Great experience with the specialist clinic! Dr McConkey and his team provided a consultation for hip issues. The whole process what easy, professional and all staff including Dr McConkey were very kind and empathetic. Dr McConkey took the time to review all my imaging and reports and answered all my questions thoroughly. Thank you Dr McConkey and team!
