I've had 2 sessions with Matt mayo and o feel fabulous his professional manner and expertise are absolutely brilliant I had issues with back leg knee and after my appointment have reduced pain and more mobility I cannot recommend him enough.

Treatment and excerise programs for a torn ligament in my knee and tear in the rotator cuff over 6 weeks. Completely pain free and back to normal activities. Matthew is caring and professional.
Saw Matt Mayo while on holiday in Forster for a badly stiff neck and limited movement. He was exceptional. Highly knowledgeable and provided immediate relief, which meant I could enjoy the rest of the holiday. Only downside is he’s 6 hours away, otherwise I’d be a regular!
