I’ve used this company a few times, originally they were good. The last couple of years they’ve been poor, in the last 6 months disgustingly poor! My mortgage could of been locked in 6 months ago, they failed to even contact me with this information! When I found out, I also found out my repayments were tripling! Mark told me he had had people crying on the phone, no wonder, I bet you didn’t look at their rate 6 months in advance either.
