The creatures at the front counter are extremely rude and nasty. All of the staff here is incompetent and rude. This place is disgraceful
Front staff is rude. If you can move past the front desk, the counselors are really nice.
This place is suppose to help people. Get them on the right track.. however, they have zero compassion and are extremely unhelpful. You can tell they are just there for a paycheck. These girls shouldn’t have a job at a place like this, if you aren’t passionate about helping others. They say one thing and do another. I asked if they could process my enrollment with the DMV on the same day; I was told that wasn’t typical but they would get it done. The next day, they still had not done it.
