Front staff is rude. If you can move past the front desk, the counselors are really nice.
This place is suppose to help people. Get them on the right track.. however, they have zero compassion and are extremely unhelpful. You can tell they are just there for a paycheck. These girls shouldn’t have a job at a place like this, if you aren’t passionate about helping others. They say one thing and do another. I asked if they could process my enrollment with the DMV on the same day; I was told that wasn’t typical but they would get it done. The next day, they still had not done it. I would give 5 stars, but I was charged extra for some things that were miscommunicated. Other than that, most the dui class instructors are cool, they definitely engage in real and interesting topics as far as getting your life straight. It’s a very welcoming environment (with the instructors anyway, some of the front desk staff were kinda rude but you only deal with them every so often), participation is encouraged in groups, and one could definitely gain a lot of knowledge and insight from others expressed experiences. The counselors are awesome here!!! That front desk girl, the fat one with messed up teeth, RUDE!! For somewhere trying to help out they have horrible front desk. It’s sad really. They seriously need to let her go. So unprofessional and rude. Gave me the hardest time and was so impolite. That girl needs to be fired.
