The worst front desk staff I have ever dealt with. In helping a family member, the front desk girl was rude, extremely unprofessional, cut us off, did not explain anything at all as to why we were being charged an additional fee after we just paid what was said that was owed and was extremely condescending. When I spoke to the Manager, the girl busted into the room cut me off mid-sentence, stared us up and down with a smirk and said "They just don't understand anything". Please for youre own sake keep track of youre groups you attend and of youre conseling meets as they will mess up and keep saying you have missed 1 on 1s when you've already made them up, this happened to me twice it was really frustrating and theirs this one front lady that is absolutely rude they have issues on not being able to communicate with them selfs. I had to get my payment adjusted and the lady I needed to speak with the black old lady was really judgmental I was really close to just leaving the program all togethe... read more
