Please for youre own sake keep track of youre groups you attend and of youre conseling meets as they will mess up and keep saying you have missed 1 on 1s when you've already made them up, this happened to me twice it was really frustrating and theirs this one front lady that is absolutely rude they have issues on not being able to communicate with them selfs. The creatures at the front counter are extremely rude and nasty. All of the staff here is incompetent and rude. This place is disgraceful
Front staff is rude. If you can move past the front desk, the counselors are really nice.
