Friendly enough customer service but clearly need a better database. Every time I spoke with them they would initially say they can’t find my order and it said it must not be in the system yet, despite having been found previously.
i had a load picking up from special service and Gabe got me loaded up fast and was helpful.
Had trouble with booking a load and Gabe was very helping through the process of getting my papers and load!!
