My insane dog chewed up my only pair of glasses… I called several places and all gave the same response- a new pair would take 10-15 business days, minimum! Special Eyes Optical was able to find me a great pair of glasses and get them to me immediately! Amazing customer service. Thanks for giving me my eye sight back :)
Excellent experience purchasing my new glasses! Ray and the staff at Special Eyes Optical went above and beyond with their awesome customer service and knowledge. Seamless online booking experience (eye exam and adjustments). Lots of help selecting a cool pair of specs from their great selection. Ray's attention to detail was much appreciated. 100% satisfied with the experience, start to finish. Highly recommend.
I've gotten a pair of glasses here with excellent customer service. Ray was friendly and helpful to find a pair I liked, as well as the couple of adjustments I had to get done. I would definitely recommend coming here for glasses, and I will continue to be a returning customer.
Nothing but great things to say about Ray! He is very accommodating with appointments. He went out of his way to help me find safety glasses that were specific to my job and great quality. I've had them over a year and they are still holding strong. I just went back for eye glasses and sunglasses and again he was great to work with. Always a very personal and pleasant experience. You should definitely go and see Ray for your next set of glasses!
