They provide personalized one-on-one service in a modern and secure office environment. Their rates are competitive and flexible; the car I rented was well-maintained, and the other vehicles I inspected were also in excellent condition.
I just had an experience at a local car rental location after calling the main number for an insurance claim and experiencing a lot of confusion. I have to say that one of the representatives was AMAZING. He was extremely professional on the phone, showed genuine concern for my wife following the accident, and was very helpful in finding us a vehicle that will accommodate our family of 5 for the next month. Major kudos to him and the management team for helping enhance his customer service skills!
