Tried calling these guys for help with a item i purchased from there company and never received a call back. Extremely unprofessional and i would never hire a company that doesn't stand behind what they sell or do. I strongly recommend that you find another drone company for any type of assistance you may need.
The owner of Spec Drones sold me a broken gimbal on ebay for $425 and refused to give me a refund. I called the police, but they couldn't prosecute him for fraud, because there wasn't enough evidence. Don't ever buy anything from him unless you want to get ripped off!
