Communication and recommendations on point! Bike feels and looks like new again.
Spec bicycles was extremely quick and helpful. Was able to drop my son’s bike off and got fixed same day. Josh was extremely helpful with any follow up questions I had and was very professional !
Decided to go for a bike ride on one of the last nice days of fall - only to find a flat on my electric bike! Called Spec and he got me in within the hour! Very reasonably priced and found something else wrong on his test ride - it was missing a bolt somewhere! He fixed that as well. Well-priced and very friendly! Will be going back again!
Working with Spec bikes is great. I needed some minor repairs and they took care of them right away. Great service and fast. I hope to be a customer of their custom bikes in the near future.
