Josh was very helpful in tuning up my bike. He did an excellent job and was very professional and timely. He went the extra mile and delivered it for me. I’d highly recommend Spec!
Tried to go there to have my daughter’s bike worked on, the overhead door was wide open, we rang the bell and nobody was around to help. I saw on the website that they were open, so I didn’t think I had to call ahead of time to verify someone was there.
Needed help with adjusting air pressure on my shocks. Josh took care of it. Knowledgeable and friendly guy! Would definitely recommend.
