I’ve used Josh in the past for a bike build (ordered online). Recently, we were impressed w his responsiveness and fast service to boot(closest bike store estimated 2 week time frame). Essentially, my son’s bike was ran over by my wife, which I thought was only in the movies LOL. Contacted Josh, and he had us drop off bike on a Saturday and he got it fully restored by the following Saturday. My daughter wanted my old LL Bean bicycle, which needed some TLC. I found Josh and he did a great job and also added a cute basket to it ! While we were there, we also ended up buying a couple bikes that he had refurbished and sold to us for a great price. Great guy, super knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating.
