The Adult Beginners Swimming program is affordable, available on Saturdays, and my instructor (Maddie) is awesome!
The gym and pool are in great shape, and everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly! I enjoy going here to work out.
Jane makes the classes fun and also helpful for back pain.
