martial arts at its best – this is one of the best places for kids and adults of all ages to take martial arts, along with traditional tae kwon do, the instructors also teach jiu-jitsu, boxing and mma. a fun and friendly atmosphere for everyone!

Spears Taekwondo Academy in Lemon Grove is the Best! – The facility is always clean and the instructors friendly. Kids learn great technique and discipline from the Masters here. I like the fact that they teach multiple types of martial arts here as well such as boxing, jiu-jitsu and mma.
